Mrs. Benay is a native of Bangkok Thailand. She received a bachelor’s degree in aviation management from Kasem Bundit University Bangkok Thailand, and a master’s degree in digital marketing from Stamford International University Bangkok Thailand. Mrs. Benay has varied interest and dedicates a portion of her time to real estate investment in Thailand.
Monwat Khemsirajaturat - Director, Westsphere BKK, Limited.
Mr. Khemsirajaturat attended the Armed Forces Academies Preparatory School (“AFAPS”, 13th Class), followed by attendance to the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy in Thailand, (“CRMA”, 24th Class), where he served as class president. Further, he attended Monfort College in Chiangmai, Thailand, before studying abroad at Teknik Fysik in Upsala, Sweden, where he received a doctorate in Astrophysics.
Professionally, Mr. Khemsirajaturat, has spent his career as a serial entrepreneur, with ventures ranging from owning and operating electronics manufacturing facilities, to real estate development, to serving as an executive consultant for multi-national corporations where he acted as a cultural liaison for business activities in the Kingdom of Thailand, as well as throughout the ASEAN region (Association of Southeast Asian Nations).
THE ADVISORY BOARD
The Non-Executive, Non-Voting Advisory Board of Westsphere BKK consists of:
Judah Pinchas Benay - Advisor to the board of Westsphere BKK, Limited. The Company’s Advisory Board members are not publicly registered and do not vote on corporate matters. The Company’s Advisors solely provide advice and counsel to the voting board.
Mr. Benay is a mathematician who has employed this capacity in business. Further, Mr. Benay engages as an anonymous, but important charitable actor with a philanthropic background that has involved the giving of his time, expertise, and resources. Mr. Benay currently dedicates the principal portion of his time to identifying and developing technologies related to shelter, sustenance, and the provision of power and water.
Lloyd B. Hendricks III - Advisor to the board of Westsphere BKK, Limited. The Company’s Advisory Board members are not publicly registered and do not vote on corporate matters. The Company’s Advisors solely provide advice and counsel to the voting board.
Mr. Hendricks is an entrepreneur and technologist. Hendricks possesses unique insight into the economy of Thailand, having worked and lived in the country for numerous years. Mr. Hendricks provides ad hoc consulting across a variety of industries.
